Ordered a lovely looking dress from the website which arrived in good time. On removing the dress from packaging, found numerous huge thread pulls all over the skirt, so bad they could be clearly seen from a distance.

I've now exchanged around a dozen emails with their 'customer service' people, and am basically being told they won't do anything to replace the dress, won't refund for return and that they will 'try to do better in future', offering me a pathetic $10 coupon in compensation - as if I'd order another dress from them after this experience! I'm now £200.00 out of pocket, with no funds to pay for another dress in time for the wedding.

Devastated! Steer clear of these scammers!

I had the same THING. I'm fighting them HARD.

Don't give up. Go to your bank, social media, etc...will NEVER let them win.
